Water - 8-10 cups
Fish - 1 1/3 lb. (ready for cooking)
Parsley root - 1-2 pcs. (peeled and coarsely sliced)
Onion - 1 pc. (peeled and coarsely sliced)
Salt to taste
Directions:
Put fish in a large saucepan and cover with cold water. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil.
Add parsley root and onions. Simmer 40-50 minutes removing foam. Salt to taste.
Cooked broth remove from heat and let stand for 20 minutes. Remove fat and strain the broth.
