Meat Broth
Ingredients:
Water - 8-10 cups
Lean meat - 1 lb. (ready for cooking)
Celery root - 1 pc. (peeled and coarsely sliced)
Carrot - 1 pc. (peeled and coarsely sliced)
Onion - 1 pc. (peeled and coarsely sliced)
Salt to taste

Directions:
Pour water to saucepan, add meat, cover with a lid and bring to boil. Simmer removing foam 45 minutes.
Add vegetables and simmer 60-80 minutes. Salt to taste.
Remove meat and strain the broth.
Ready in: 130 minutes.
