Mushroom Broth





Ingredients:

Water - 4 cups
Mushrooms - 7 oz (peeled)
Directions:

Pour water to saucepan, add mushrooms and bring to boil.

Simmer 20-30 minutes.

Remove mushrooms and strain the broth.


Ready in: 30 minutes.
