Recipe for Bean Soup with Soy Sauce
Number of servings - 4-6
Canned beans - 2 cups
Water - 6 cups
Potatoes - 4 pcs. (peeled and diced)
Carrot - 1 pc. (peeled and coarsely grated)
Onions - 1 pc. (peeled and finely chopped)
Bell pepper - 1 pc. (seeded and finely sliced)
Tomatoes - 1 pc. (seeded, skinned and diced)
Soy sauce - 4-6 tbsp
Bay leaf - 1 pc.
Ground ginger - 1 pinch
Ground black pepper to taste
Pour water to saucepan and bring to boil. Add potatoes and cook about 15 minutes.
Add carrots, peppers and tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.
Put the onions and bay leaf. Pour soy sauce and season with ginger. Cook for 7-10 minutes.
Add canned beans and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish to taste.
Ready in: 40 minutes.
