Recipe for Bean Soup with Walnuts





Number of servings - 4

Ingredients:

Canned beans - 11 oz (drained)
Water - 4 cups
Onions - 1 pc. (peeled and chopped)
Walnuts - 4 oz (crushed)
Wine vinegar - 2 tbsp
Garlic - 6 cloves (chopped)
Dill, cilantro, parsley to taste
Directions:

Pour water to saucepan and bring to boil. Add onions, garlic and cook for 15-20 minutes.

Add beans and nuts. Bring to boil and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Pour wine vinegar and stir. Salt and pepper to taste.

Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish to taste.


Ready in: 35 minutes.
