Recipe of Bean Soup with Lamb





Number of servings - 6

Ingredients:

Canned red beans - 14 oz (drained)
Water - 8 cups
Canned tomatoes - 14 oz (pieces)
Lamb rack - 11 oz (sliced)
Onions - 3/4 cup (peeled and finely chopped)
Carrots - 3/4 (peeled and sliced)
Bacon - 2 oz (chopped)
Garlic - 3 cloves (minced)
Olive oil - 3 tbsp
Fresh herbs to taste
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions:

Pour water to saucepan, put lamb and cook until half-ready.

Add beans, onions, tomatoes and carrots to saucepan with lamb rack and cook until ready, 20-25 minutes.

Heat olive oil in a pan, fry the bacon and garlic and add to soup. Boil 5 minutes and remove from heat.

Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish with herbs to taste.


Ready in: 40 minutes.
