Beans - 1 cup (soaked overnight)
Water - 4 cup
Onions - 1 pc. (peeled and finely chopped)
Tomatoes - 2 pcs. (skinned, seeded and diced)
Parsley to taste (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
Directions:
Put onions to saucepan, pour cold water and cook on low heat. Add beans and cook until ready.
Add tomatoes and continue cooking another 15 minutes. Salt to taste and remove from heat.
Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish with chopped parsley.
