Recipe of White Bean Soup with Tomato Paste





Number of servings -4-6

Ingredients:

Water - 6 cups
Canned white beans - 1 jar
Onions - 1 pc. (peeled and finely chopped)
Potatoes - 3-4 pcs. (peeled and diced)
Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
Bouillon cubes - 3 pcs.
Olive oil
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions:

Pour water to saucepan, bring to a boil, dissolve the bouillon cubes.

Add potatoes and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Heat olive oil in frying pan, saute the onions with tomato paste.

Add the onions and beans to saucepan with potatoes and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.

Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish to taste.


Ready in: 30 minutes.
