Directions:
Put the beef to saucepan, cover with water and cook on low, removing foam, 60-70 minutes. Saute the onions, carrot and rice on butter.
Add potato, tomato, onions, carrot and rice to soup. Salt and pepper to taste, add bay leaves and cook until ready.
Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish with fresh herbs.
Ready in: 80 minutes.
