Beef Soup Recipe with Vegetables
Number of servings - 4
Beef broth - 6 cups
Beef - 11 oz (diced)
Onion - 1 pc. (peeled and diced)
Carrot - 1 pc. (peeled and diced)
Potato - 1 pc. (peeled and diced)
Parsley root - 1/2 pc. (peeled and diced)
Celery root - 1/2 pc. (peeled and diced)
Parsley to taste (finely chopped)
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Pour the broth to saucepan and bring to a boil. Add beef and cook 50-60 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry vegetables 5-7 minutes.
Fried vegetables add to saucepan and simmer 10 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish with chopped parsley.
Ready in: 80 minutes.
