Recipe for Beef Soup





Number of servings - 4

Ingredients:

Beef - 1 lb. (coarsely sliced)
Water - 6 cups
Carrot - 1 pc. (peeled and sliced)
Onion - 1 pc. (peeled and coarsely chopped)
Parsley root - 1 pcs. (peeled and diced)
Celery root - 1 pcs. (peeled and diced)
Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
Sour cream - 2 tbsp
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Parsley to taste (finely chopped)
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions:

Heal 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan and fry beef 5-7 minutes.

Pour water to saucepan, add fried beef and simmer 60 minutes.

Add parsley and celery root and simmer 20-30 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.

Heat remaining oil in a pan. Saute onions and carrot 5 minutes. Add tomato paste and sour cream. Fry 2 minutes more.

Add contents of the pan to the soup.

Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish with chopped parsley.


Ready in: 100 minutes.
