Beef - 10 oz (sliced)
Water - 8 cups
Carrots - 2 pcs. (peeled and diced)
Onions - 2 pcs. (peeled and finely chopped)
Butter - 1 tbsp
Egg - 1 pc.
Flour - 3 1/2 oz
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Herbs to taste
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
Pour water to saucepan, add beef and bring to boil. Simmer 50-60 minutes.
Homemade noodles: combine flour, egg, salt and knead stiff dough. Divide in two parts and roll into very thin layer, occasionally sprinkle with flour. Roll into roulade and slice very thinly.
Melt butter in a pan. Saute onions and carrots. Add to soup along with noodles and cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish with herbs to taste.
