Recipe for Beef Soup with Mushrooms
Number of servings - 4
Beef - 9 oz (finely diced)
Mushrooms - 4 oz (sliced)
Water - 5 cups
Kohlrabi - 1 pc. (peeled and thinly sliced)
Ginger (1/2-inch length) - 1 pc. (peeled and finely grated)
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a saucepan. Fry beef and ginger for 10 minutes. Pour water and simmer 20 minutes.
Add mushrooms and kohlrabi. Simmer 20 minutes. Add soy sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish to taste.
Ready in: 75 minutes.
