Recipe of Beef Soup





Number of servings - 8

Ingredients:

Beef - 1 lb. (sliced)
Water 10 cups
Carrots - 2 pcs. (peeled and diced)
Onion - 1 pc. (peeled and finely chopped)
Celery - 2 stalks (chopped)
Parsley - 2 sprigs (chopped)
Bay leaf - 1 pc.
Garlic - 2 cloves (minced)
Herbs to taste
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions:

Pour water to saucepan, add beef and bring to boil. Simmer 50-60 minutes.

Add carrots, onion, celery, parsley, bay leaf, garlic and simmer 20 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.

Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish with herbs to taste.


Ready in: 80 minutes.
