Beef - 10 oz (sliced)
Mushrooms - 9 oz (sliced)
Water - 8 cups
Carrots - 2 pcs. (peeled and diced)
Onions - 2 pcs. (peeled and finely chopped)
Butter - 1 tbsp
Herbs to taste
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
Pour water to saucepan, add beef and bring to boil. Simmer 50-60 minutes.
Melt butter in a pan. Saute onions, carrots and mushrooms for 5 minutes.
Add to soup and cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish with herbs to taste.
