Cheddar Cheese Soup with Worcestershire Sauce





Number of servings - 8

Ingredients:

Cheddar cheese - 4 cups (grated)
Cheez Whiz - 1 jar
Potatoes - 2 pcs. (peeled and diced)
Onions - 1/2 pc. (peeled and finely chopped)
Water - 2 cups
Chicken broth - 4 cups
Milk - 4 cups
Butter - 4 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
Directions:

Melt the butter in a saucepan and saute the onions.

Pour the broth, water, milk and add potatoes. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, add Worcestershire sauce, Cheez Whiz, and grated cheese. Stir and cook until until cheese is melted.

Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish to taste.


Ready in: 30 minutes.
