Processed Cheese Soup with Mushrooms
Number of servings - 6
Ingredients:
Processed cheese - 5 oz
Mushrooms - 1lb. (sliced)
Water - 6 cups
Onions - 1 pc. (peeled and sliced)
Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions:
Fry mushrooms with onions in olive oil.
Pour water to saucepan and bring to a boil. Add cheese and melt it. Boil a few minutes and add the fried mushrooms.
Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish to taste.
Ready in: 25 minutes.
