Recipe for Cheese Soup with Leek and Meat
Number of servings - 6
Ingredients:
Processed cheese - 1 1/4 pound
Minced meat - 14 oz
Water - 6 cups
Leeks - 2 pcs. (sliced thin rings)
Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions:
Fry mince in a pan. Then put it to saucepan, pour hot water and bring to a boil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Add cheese and leeks. Cook for no more than 5 minutes.
Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish to taste.
Ready in: 30 minutes.
