Directions:
Whip eggs with flour, milk and salt.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet, pour whipped egg and fry an omelet for 1-2 minutes. Put it on paper, roll and cut into thin strips.
Put omelet strips to the boiling broth and add cheese.
Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish to taste.
Ready in: 25 minutes.
