Recipe of Cheese Soup with Meat





Number of servings - 6

Ingredients:

Swiss cheese - 1 1/2 lb. (coarsely grated)
Meat - 1 1/4 lb. (boiled and sliced)
Broth - 6 cups
Green cheese - 2 tbsp (grated)
Eggs - 4 pcs. (cooked)
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions:

Egg yolks crumble with a fork, mix with cheese, dilute with small amount of broth and pour, stirring constantly, to the broth.

Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Pour cooked soup in bowls, add meat slices and garnish to taste.


Ready in: 35 minutes.
