Recipe for Chicken Soup with Nuts





Number of servings - 4-6

Ingredients:

Chicken - 1 pc. (sliced)
Onions - 7 oz (peeled and chopped)
Ground walnuts - 2 tbsp
Parsley - 2-3 sprigs (finely chopped)
Cilantro - 2-3 sprigs (finely chopped)
Vinegar
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions:

Mix onions and greens with nuts, pepper, salt and place to saucepan in layers, alternating with chicken.

Pour water so that it covered products, add vinegar and cook until ready, stirring from time to time.

Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish with greens to taste.


Ready in: 50 minutes.
