Recipe of Chicken Soup with Avocado
Number of servings - 6
Chicken broth - 6 1/2 cups
Chicken fillet - 14 oz (boiled or fried, sliced into strips)
Garlic - 2-3 cloves (crushed)
Chili pepper - 1/2 - 1 pc. (sliced into thin strips)
Avocado - 1 pc. (peeled and diced, drizzle with lemon juice)
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Green onions - 3-5 stalks (finely chopped)
Cilantro - 2 tbsp (chopped)
Salt to taste
Pour the broth to large saucepan, add garlic, chili and bring to boil. Add onions and simmer 2 minutes.
Add chicken fillet to soup, simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Pour cooked soup in bowls, add avocado and green onions. Garnish with lime slices.
Ready in: 25 minutes.
