Recipe of Chicken Soup with Parmesan Cheese
Number of servings - 4
Chicken fillet - 2 pcs.
Parmesan cheese - 3 1/2 oz (grated)
Water - 4-5 cups
Eggs - 2 pcs (boiled and halved)
Croutons - 3 1/2 oz
Herbs to taste (chopped)
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Pour water to saucepan, add chicken fillet, bring to boil and simmer 25-30 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
Remove chicken from the broth and cut into small pieces.
Pour cooked broth in bowls, add half of the egg, chicken, herbs and Parmesan cheese into each portion.
Ready in: 30 minutes.
