Water - 6 cups
Potatoes - 3 pcs. (peeled and diced)
Carrot - 1 pc. (peeled and diced)
Onion - 1 pc. (peeled and chopped)
Parsley root - 1/2 pc. (peeled and diced)
Bay leaf
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
For dumplings:
Fish fillet - 14 oz
Butter - 1/2 tbsp
Onion - 1 pc. (peeled and chopped)
Egg - 1 pc.
Salt and ground white pepper to taste
Directions:
Pour water to saucepan and bring to boil. Add potatoes, carrots, onions, parsley root and bay leaf. Simmer 10-15 minutes.
For dumplings: melt butter in a pan and saute onions. Mince fish fillet and onions. Add egg and pour a little bit water, stir very well. Salt and pepper to taste. Make small dumplings.
Add dumplings to the soup and simmer 15 minutes or until tender. Salt and pepper to taste.
