Recipe for Mushroom Soup
Number of servings - 4
Ingredients:
Fresh mushrooms - 8 oz (finely chopped)
Onions - 1 pc. (peeled and finely chopped)
Garlic - 1 clove (crushed)
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Parsley - 6 sprigs (finely chopped)
Vegetable broth - 4 cups
Sour cream - 2 tbsp
Dried coriander - 2 tsp
Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions:
Heat olive oil in saucepan and fry onions on low for 5 minutes.
Add garlic, coriander, mushrooms and fry about 4 minutes.
Pour the broth, bring to boil, reduce the heat and simmer 10 minutes. At the end of cooking add chopped parsley.
Pour cooked soup in bowls, add sour cream and garnish with parsley.
Ready in: 30 minutes.
