Onion Soup with Celery and Cheese
Number of servings - 4
Ingredients:
Water - 4 cups
Onions - 3 pcs. (peeled and sliced)
Celery - 1 stalk. (sliced)
Potatoes - 2 pcs. (peeled and sliced)
Processed cheese - 1-2 pcs. (diced)
Ground mixture of peppers - 1tbsp
Salt to taste

Directions:
Pour water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add onions and cook for 10 minutes.
Add potatoes and celery. Add pepper and salt to taste. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Add processed cheese to the soup, bring to boil and remove from heat.
Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish to taste.
Ready in: 40 minutes.
