Recipe for Onion Soup in Japanese Style





Number of servings - 4

Ingredients:

Large onions - 3 pcs. (peeled and sliced)
Water - 4 cups
Corn oil - 4 tbsp
Bouillon cubes - 2 pcs.
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions:

Heat corn oil in frying pan and fry onions until golden brown.

Boil water and dissolve bouillon cubes.

Add fried onions, soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Cook 20 minutes, removing the foam.

Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish to taste.


Ready in: 30 minutes.
