Recipe for Onion Soup with Feta Cheese
Number of servings - 4
Onions - 4-5 pcs. (peeled and finely chopped)
Broth - 4-5 cups
Olive oil - 4 tbsp
Flour - 2 tbsp
Feta cheese - 1 cup (chopped or grated)
Salt to taste
Heat olive oil in saucepan, fry onions until transparent. Add the flour and slightly fry.
Pour the broth and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Salt to taste.
Remove from heat, add feta cheese and stir.
Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish to taste.
Ready in: 35 minutes.
