Onions - 5-6 pcs. (peeled and sliced)
Olive oil - 3 tbsp
Butter - 3 tbsp
Broth - 8-10 cups
Toasts - 6-8 pcs.
Feta cheese - 7 oz (grated)
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
Heat olive oil in saucepan, fry onions until golden brown. Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the hot broth to saucepan with onions and cook about 15 minutes.
Pour cooked soup in fire-resistant bowls. Put one toast into each portion, sprinkle with cheese and put in a moderately heated oven until cheese melts.
