Potatoes - 6 pcs. (peeled and diced)
Broth - 8-10 cups
Mince - 11 oz
Onions - 1 pc. (peeled and finely chopped)
Carrots - 2 pcs. (peeled and sliced)
Feta cheese - 5 oz (diced)
Olive Oil
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
Salt and pepper the mince, add 2 tbsp of water and mix well. Form small meatballs.
Pour the broth to saucepan and bring to a boil. Add potatoes and meatballs. Cook for 10-15 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, saute onions and carrots. Add to soup and simmer another 5-10 minutes until tender.
