Recipe for Potato Soup with Leek





Number of servings - 4

Ingredients:

Potatoes - 2-3 pcs. (peeled and diced)
Broth - 4 cups
Onions - 1 pc. (peeled and sliced)
Leek - 1/2 pc. (sliced)
Olive Oil
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions:

Heat olive oil in a saucepan, saute the onions and leek for 5 minutes.

Pour the broth, add potatoes, bring to a boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.

Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish to taste. Serve with sour cream.


Ready in: 30 minutes.
