Recipe of Potato Soup with Cauliflower
Number of servings - 6
Potatoes - 4 pcs. (peeled and diced)
Cauliflower - 11 oz (florets, finely sliced)
Broth - 6-8 cups
Onions - 1 pc. (peeled and finely chopped)
Olive oil - 3 tbsp
Parsley - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Pour the broth to saucepan, bring to a boil, add potatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and saute the onions.
Add fried onions and cauliflower the soup. Cook until ready, about 5-10 minutes.
Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish with parsley.
Ready in: 40 minutes.
