Pumpkin - 1 1/4 lb. (skinned, seeded and finely diced)
Pork (chops) - 11 oz (boiled and finely chopped)
Broth - 6-8 cups
Ground red pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Directions:
Pour the broth to saucepan, bring to a boil. Add the pumpkin and simmer 10 minutes.
Add the pork and cook until tender 5-10 minutes. Season with salt to taste.
Pour cooked soup in bowls and sprinkle with red pepper.
