Cheese Soup - a kind of soup, a main component of which is cheese. The idea of this soup is based on the melting cheese in boiling water, which gives the soup a special flavor and high nutritional value. For cheese soups often uses different cheeses. Mostly hard or semihard (cheddar, Swiss, Parmesan), grated or finely sliced and adds to soup in the end of cooking. Processed or cream cheeses adding to soup before the other ingredients. Brie and Roquefort cheese adds to the almost ready soup. The basis for any cheese soup may be vegetable or meat broth.
