Seafood Noodle Soup with Mussels
Number of servings - 4
Fish broth - 5 cups
Mussels (fresh or frozen) - 9 oz (chopped)
Noodles - 7 oz
Onion - 1 pc. (peeled and chopped)
Parsley root - 1/2 pc. (peeled and chopped)
Butter - 2 tbsp
Melt butter in a pan and saute onions and parsley root 7 minutes.
Boil noodles in salted water until ready. Discard in a colander.
Pour the broth to saucepan and bring to boil. Add contents of the pan and simmer 7-10 minutes.
Add noodles to the soup and remove from heat.
Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish to taste.
Ready in: 30 minutes.
