Directions:
Heat oil in saucepan, fry onions, garlic and green pepper until softness, about 2-3 minutes.
Pour the broth to saucepan, add chili powder, tomatoes and cook 10-15 minutes. Add croutons and cook 3-5 minutes.
Dry bread on the grill, drizzle with olive oil, rub with garlic, sprinkle with cheese and return under the grill for 2-3 minutes, until cheese has melted. Sprinkle with chili powder.
Pour cooked soup in bowls and serve with garlic bread.
