Spicy Tomato Soup with Beans





Number of servings - 4

Ingredients:

Canned tomatoes - 2 cups (crushed)
Beef broth - 3 cups
Onions - 2 pcs. (peeled and sliced)
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Canned red beans - 2 cups
Parsley - 3 tbsp (finely chopped)
Ground chili - 2 tsp
Sea salt - 2 tsp
Directions:

Fry onions in olive oil until light golden. Add tomatoes and ground chili. Keep on low heat for several minutes. Add beans and simmer 20 minutes.

Pour the broth to saucepan, add contents of frying pan, bring to boil, add chopped parsley and remove from heat.

Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish to taste.


Ready in: 40 minutes.
