Recipe for Vegetable Soup with Fennel





Number of servings - 4

Ingredients:

Fennel - 2 cups (finely sliced)
Cilantro - 1 sprig (chopped)
Pine nuts - 1/2 cup
Turmeric - 3/4 tsp
Chicken broth - 4 cups
Olive oil - 3 tbsp
Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions:

Heat olive oil in saucepan, add fennel and pine nuts and season with turmeric.

Pour chicken broth, bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Add cilantro, oyster sauce, salt and pepper to taste.

Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish with greens to taste or pine nuts.


Ready in: 30 minutes.
