Saute the onions, leeks and carrots on olive oil.
Pour the broth to saucepan, bring to boil, add potatoes and simmer for 5-10 minutes, add cauliflower, celery root, green beans, sauteed onion, leeks and carrots.
Salt and pepper to taste and simmer for 10-15 minutes until ready.
Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish with greens to taste.
Ready in: 30 minutes.
