Recipe of Vegetable Soup with Ketchup

Number of servings - 4-6


Potatoes - 2-3 pcs. (peeled and diced)
Onions - 1-2 pieces. (peeled and finely chopped)
Carrots - 1 pc. (peeled and sliced into thin sticks)
Cabbage - 1 1/2 cups (finely chopped)
Ketchup - 4 tbsp
Bay leaves - 3 pcs.
Salt to taste

Pour water to saucepan, add potatoes and simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Add carrots, cabbage and ketchup, salt to taste and simmer for 10 minutes. Add onions, bay leaves and cook until ready.

Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish with greens to taste.

Ready in: 35 minutes.
