Recipe of Vegetable Soup with Onions
Number of servings - 4
Ingredients:
Onions - 4 pcs. (peeled and finely chopped)
Cabbage - 1 pc. (finely sliced)
Tomatoes - 2 pcs. (skinned, seeded and diced)
Celery - 1 bunch (finely chopped)
Green peppers - 2 pcs. (seeded and diced)
Bouillon cubes - 2 pcs.
Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions:
Combine vegetables in a pot and cover with water, bring to boil and simmer, until vegetables are tender, for 10-15 minutes.
Add bouillon cubes and bring to boil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour cooked soup in bowls and garnish to taste.
Ready in: 30 minutes.
