Recipe of Vegetable Soup with Zucchini and Beans





Number of servings - 4

Ingredients:

Broth - 4 cups
Zucchini - 1 pc. (skinned, seeded and sliced into 0.2" sticks)
Carrot - 1 pc. (peeled and sliced into sticks)
Green beans - 4 tbsp (chopped)
Potatoes - 2 pcs. (peeled and diced)
Onion - 1 pc. (peeled and finely chopped)
Sour cream - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Directions:

Pour water to saucepan, bring to boil, add potatoes. Saute the onion and carrot, add to saucepan and simmer for 7 minutes.

Add green beans and simmer for 10 minutes, then add zucchini and cook until ready.

Pour cooked soup in bowls, garnish to taste and serve with sour cream.


Ready in: 30 minutes.
