Cream of Potato Soup

Instructions

1. Sauté. Cook onion in butter until soft.
2. Simmer. Add potatoes and broth. Cook 20 minutes.
3. Blend. Puree until smooth.
4. Finish. Stir in cream. Garnish with chives.
