Instant Pot Potato Soup

Instructions

1. Sauté. Cook garlic briefly.
2. Pressure cook. Add potatoes and broth. HIGH 8 minutes, natural release.
3. Finish. Mash, add cream and cheese.
4. Serve. Top with bacon and chives.
