  1. Roast garlic. Roast whole heads at 400°F for 40 minutes.
  2. Caramelize onions. Cook in butter 25 minutes.
  3. Combine. Squeeze in roasted garlic, add broth, simmer 15 minutes.
  4. Serve. With crusty bread.
